What is the cost to be part of the network?
| There are no costs to become a member of our network.
As the network expands we reserve the right to establish monthly fees commensurate to the advertising costs in that market.

| How does it operate?
| As the network serves to provide member firms and their clients with professional services, cross referrals of work, ideas and concepts are the life-blood of the organization. Acthus Capital is financed by referral income based upon work generated cross border. The success in providing a continuity of client service internationally is not just about referring to a directory for a particular name in a particular location, but by meeting colleagues face to face.
| Can I License more than one territory?
| Yes, as long as you have a physical branch in the area in which you are applying for a license.
| What exactly do I get as a license holder?

- Exclusive rights to use the name, logo, slogan, and advertising materials in your territory.
- The rights to post questions and answers on our private forum which can only be used by our members and banks that we invite in to compete for your loans.
- All members are featured on the Acthus website
| Can you revoke my membership?
| Under the contract agreement the only time Corporate can revoke a license is if the licensee fails to pay fees in accordance to the agreement, partakes in fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive business practices, or uses the license outside the context of the normal business arrangement.
| What is the application process?
| Through the application process we review the applicant's job history, conduct office inspections, and interview 3 personal references and 3 professional references. We truly want the best in the business. Applicants must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, knowledge, experience, and savvy
| How can I find out if my area is available?

| What if I need to cancel my membership?
| After the initial three month agreement, licensees may cancel their license. The contract is a unilateral agreement in the licensee's favor that extends indefinitely as long as contractual obligations are being met
